If you are a consumer (not purchasing on behalf of a business), you are entitled to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returning the Goods

Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

A full refund (including standard delivery charges, if applicable) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In such cases, we will provide:

A full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
Photographic evidence or the return of the product may be required.
3. Business Customers (B2B)
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business:

Returns of non-faulty items are accepted at our discretion only.

Goods must be returned in unused, saleable condition with original packaging.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Authorisation for returns must be obtained in advance.
